Ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek ve kentte d\u00fczenli yap\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7en ekipler, yasal s\u00fcrecin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan gerekli g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri alarak ta\u015f duvarlar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m i\u015flemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.
