Gebze\u2019de sona geldiklerini, K\u00f6rfezray\u2019da h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerlediklerini belirten Ba\u015fkan B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n, G\u00fcney Metro Hatt\u0131 ile ilgili de \u00f6nemli bilgiler payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tahir B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n\u2019\u0131n son iki y\u0131ll\u0131k hizmetlerini kamuoyuyla payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cSadece Hizmet Ettik\u201d temal\u0131 \u00f6zel program Kocaeli Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde devam ediyor. Ba\u015fkan B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n dev ula\u015f\u0131m projelerini anlatt\u0131, \u00f6zellikle metro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda gelinen son durum hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. Ba\u015fkan B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi; \u201cG\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Kocaeli\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyon yolculuk vard\u0131. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde bu say\u0131n\u0131n 8 milyona \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Mevcut yollarla bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Ne kamula\u015ft\u0131rmaya b\u00fct\u00e7e yeter ne de yeni yollarla bu y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131nabilir. Bu y\u00fczden toplu ta\u015f\u0131man\u0131n formunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek zorunday\u0131z. \u2018Bu \u015fehre metro gelmez\u2019 demek, bu \u015fehirden vazge\u00e7mek anlam\u0131na gelir. Do\u011fru olan, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektir.<\/p>\n<p><b>K\u00d6RFEZRAY HIZLI \u0130LERL\u0130YOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rfezray Metrosu\u2019nda \u00e7ok ciddi mesafe al\u0131nd\u0131. Toplam 29,1 kilometrelik hat, 19 istasyon ve 16 aktif \u015fantiye ile devam ediyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck 298 bin yolcu kapasitesine sahip olacak. Sahada 6 TBM kuruldu, 4\u2019\u00fc aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130zmit SEKA &#8211; Kartepe aras\u0131nda 1,2 kilometrelik yolu tamamlad\u0131k. \u0130zmit-SEKA hatt\u0131nda 700 metre ilerledi. Derince Millet Bah\u00e7esi\u2019nde ise 2 tane daha devreye al\u0131nd\u0131 ve oras\u0131 da 100 metre ilerledi. Bu proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck 90 bin ara\u00e7 trafikten \u00e7ekilecek. Bu sadece trafik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda karbon emisyonu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>CUMHURBA\u015eKANI\u2019NA TE\u015eEKK\u00dcR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gebze metrosunun ihalesi 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131. 2019\u2019da g\u00f6reve geldikten sonra projenin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck. 12 saat i\u00e7inde olumlu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ald\u0131k ve proje devredildi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Daha \u00f6nce \u2018Kocaeli hak etti\u011fini alam\u0131yor\u2019 diyenler, bug\u00fcn \u2018Siz mi yap\u0131yorsunuz, onlar yap\u0131yor\u2019 demeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Oysa Kocaeli \u015eehir Hastanesi tramvay\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi, projeyi Bakanl\u0131k yapsa da finansman\u0131 biz kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Nitekim o yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n maliyeti 1,9 milyar lirayd\u0131 ve tamam\u0131n\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u00f6dedi. Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yapmas\u0131 sadece s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>GEBZE METROSU B\u0130R \u0130LK OLACAK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dar\u0131ca\u2013Gebze metrosu 15,4 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda, 11 istasyonlu ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131k 193 bin yolcu kapasitesine sahip. Buna ek olarak \u00c7ay\u0131rova\u2013Gebze Adliye hatt\u0131 da 5,7 kilometre ve 3 istasyonla bu hatta entegre olacak. Bu projede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk yerli ve otonom metro ara\u00e7lar\u0131 kullan\u0131lacak. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcz, tamamen elektronik sistemlerdir. Proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belediyeye devredilecek. Metro yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 birbirini b\u00fcy\u00fcten yat\u0131r\u0131mlard\u0131r. \u00d6nemli olan ba\u015flatmak, b\u00fct\u00e7eye almak ve s\u00fcreci do\u011fru y\u00f6netmektir. \u0130n\u015faat s\u00fcre\u00e7leri normal seyrinde ilerliyor. Metro projeleri yer alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ve son derece zor yat\u0131r\u0131mlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>RAYLI S\u0130STEM\u0130N PAYI ARTIRILACAK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Uzun vadeli hedefimiz; kuzey\u2013g\u00fcney ve do\u011fu\u2013bat\u0131 akslar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir rayl\u0131 sistem a\u011f\u0131 kurmak. Dar\u0131ca\u2013Gebze hatt\u0131 Marmaray \u00fczerinden \u0130stanbul\u2019un rayl\u0131 sistemine ba\u011flanacak. G\u00fcney metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n da projesi tamamland\u0131. Bug\u00fcn Kocaeli\u2019de g\u00fcnl\u00fck yolculuk say\u0131s\u0131 3,5 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131. Bunun yakla\u015f\u0131k 650 bini toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ile yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Rayl\u0131 sistemin pay\u0131 ise yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10 seviyesinde. Hedefimiz bu oran\u0131 ciddi \u015fekilde art\u0131rmak. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon yolculu\u011fun rayl\u0131 sistemlerle yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>TRAMVAYDA \u00d6NEML\u0130 GEL\u0130\u015eMELER YA\u015eANDI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tramvay hatlar\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler sa\u011fland\u0131. 2019\u2019dan bu yana yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 kilometre yeni hat yap\u0131ld\u0131. Alikahya Stadyum hatt\u0131 ve Kartepe uzatmas\u0131yla toplam hat uzunlu\u011fu 18,7 kilometreye ula\u015f\u0131yor. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta 12 bin yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yan tramvay bug\u00fcn 60\u201365 bin yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama 50 bin yolculuk ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Tramvay sayesinde trafikten g\u00fcnl\u00fck 145 otob\u00fcs \u00e7ekiliyor. E\u011fer tramvay olmasayd\u0131, g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta her 1,5 dakikada bir otob\u00fcs ge\u00e7mesi gerekecekti.<\/p>\n<p><b>OTOB\u00dcS F\u0130LOSU G\u00dc\u00c7LEND\u0130R\u0130LD\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 bin yeni ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fe kat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu yo\u011funlu\u011fu y\u00f6netmenin tek yolu toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ve rayl\u0131 sistem yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bu kapsamda filoya 231 yeni otob\u00fcs kat\u0131ld\u0131. Toplam 795 ara\u00e7la T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en gen\u00e7 filolar\u0131ndan biri olu\u015fturuldu. Ortalama ya\u015f 5,1\u2019e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc do\u011falgazl\u0131d\u0131r. Yeni hatlar kuruldu, eski sistemdeki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Minib\u00fcs esnaf\u0131yla uzla\u015farak kimseyi d\u0131\u015far\u0131da b\u0131rakmadan bir sistem kuruldu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00f6netim, farkl\u0131 kesimleri bir araya getirebildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Teleferik projesi hayata ge\u00e7irildi, yeni hatlar eklendi. K\u0131rsal ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilerek y\u0131lda 2,5 milyon yolcuya hizmet verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Karam\u00fcrsel ve G\u00f6lc\u00fck terminalleri de modern hale getirildi.
