Festival s\u00fcresince yerel ve uluslararas\u0131 \u015feflerin d\u00fczenleyece\u011fi at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, tad\u0131m etkinlikleri, gastronomi yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, paneller, s\u00f6yle\u015filer ve bir\u00e7ok aktivitenin ziyaret\u00e7iler ile bulu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan Vekili \u00d6zdemir, \u201cKat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z Antalya mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131ma f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulacak hem de gastronomi d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki g\u00fcncel geli\u015fmeleri yak\u0131ndan takip edebilecekler. Uluslararas\u0131 Food Fest Antalya Gastronomi Festivali\u2019nin bu y\u0131l be\u015fincisini \u201cHer Sofra Bir Hikaye\u201d temas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bu tema; gastronomiyi bir lezzet deneyiminin \u00f6tesinde, co\u011frafya, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, \u00fcretim ve insan eme\u011fiyle \u015fekillenen \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 bir anlat\u0131 olarak ele almaktad\u0131r. Antalya\u2019n\u0131n verimli topraklar\u0131nda yeti\u015fen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden, denizinden \u00e7\u0131kan e\u015fsiz lezzetlere; yerel ustalar\u0131n ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 tariflerden, modern mutfak yorumlar\u0131na kadar her tabak, ard\u0131nda bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ve kimli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">YANIK DONDURMANIN H\u0130KAYES\u0130 FEST\u0130VALDE <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Foodfest \u0130\u00e7erik Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc G\u00f6kmen S\u00f6zen de festivalin bu y\u0131lki i\u00e7eri\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. S\u00f6zen,\u00a0 festivalin bu y\u0131l da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefleri, otel ve restoran profesyonelleri, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, lokal ve uluslararas\u0131 g\u0131da firmalar\u0131, yeme-i\u00e7me profesyonelleri, butik tar\u0131mc\u0131lar, gurme marketler, gastronomi, tar\u0131m ve turizm yazarlar\u0131 ile halk\u0131 bir araya getirece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Festivalin bu y\u0131l \u00e7ok daha zengin bir i\u00e7erikle ziyaret\u00e7ilerini a\u011f\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen S\u00f6zen, workshoplar, s\u00f6yle\u015fi ve panellerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bu y\u0131l botanik miras konulu bir sergi yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. S\u00f6zen, yine festival kapsam\u0131nda hasat gezisi ve Antalya\u2019n\u0131n me\u015fhur yan\u0131k dondurmas\u0131n\u0131n hikayesinin de festivalde yer alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">ANTALYA\u2019NIN MUTFAK K\u00dcLT\u00dcR\u00dcN\u00dc TANITIYORUZ<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Genel Sekreteri Cansel Tuncer ise, \u201c\u015eehrimizin sadece bir tatil destinasyonu de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda ya\u015fayan bir mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc oldu\u011funu bir kez daha ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131z. \u00c7ift\u00e7imizi, yerel \u00fcreticimizi ve esnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 turizm ekosisteminin aktif bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirme, Antalya\u2019n\u0131n de\u011ferlerini koruyarak gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131ma hedefimizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. Antalya \u0130l K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ayhan G\u00f6k de Antalya\u2019n\u0131n turizmin yan\u0131nda tar\u0131m anlam\u0131nda da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin lokomotif \u015fehirlerinden biri durumunda oldu\u011funu ifade etti. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">GASTRONOM\u0130 EMEK VE SABIR \u0130ST\u0130YOR<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">AESOB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Adl\u0131han Dere ise festivalde Antalyal\u0131 esnaf\u0131n da stant a\u00e7arak festivale katk\u0131 sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. ATSO Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yusuf Hac\u0131s\u00fcleyman ise \u201cGastronomi sanat\u0131 ve gastronomi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc mevsimsel de\u011fil. Y\u0131l\u0131n 365 g\u00fcn\u00fc yapabiliyoruz. Bunu 4 mevsim Antalya, 12 ay Antalya \u015feklinde geli\u015ftirebilirsek bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">ATB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali \u00c7and\u0131r da gastronomi kenti olabilmenin emek ve sab\u0131r istedi\u011fine de\u011finerek, Antalya\u2019n\u0131n tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikimleri ile bunu ba\u015farabilecek birikime sahip oldu\u011funa de\u011findi. Antalya Gastronomi Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve \u0130\u015fletmecileri Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Zeki \u00d6zen festivalin her y\u0131l bir \u00f6ncekinden daha iyi oldu\u011funu belirterek,\u00a0 festivalin bu y\u0131l da \u00e7ok dolu ve g\u00fczel bir programla daha da ileri gidece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">\u015eEF REF\u0130KA B\u0130RG\u00dcL\u2019DEN \u00d6ZEL SUNUM<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Konu\u015fmalardan sonra ise \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fef Refika Birg\u00fcl, Antalya\u2019n\u0131n Akdeniz\u2019e \u00f6zg\u00fc otlar\u0131, ye\u015fillikleri, co\u011frafi i\u015faretli ve yerel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden olu\u015fan \u00f6zel bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Antalya\u2019n\u0131n zengin \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine de\u011finen Refika Birg\u00fcl, yerel mutfa\u011f\u0131n hikayelerini payla\u015farak, yerel \u00fcreticilerden temin edilen malzemeleri tan\u0131tt\u0131. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">5.
