Programa Belediye Meclis \u00dcyesi S\u00fcheyla \u00d6zc\u00fc ile Bas\u0131n Yay\u0131n ve Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Semine Ersoy Bayku\u015f da kat\u0131ld\u0131. Seminere konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131lan SB\u00dc Ankara E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi N\u00f6roloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Selda Keskin G\u00fcler, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcrleri ve do\u011fru tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerine ili\u015fkin kapsaml\u0131 bilgiler payla\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bilin\u00e7siz ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ciddi riskler ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcler, hangi durumlarda ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ve ne zaman bir uzmana ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde anlatt\u0131. Seminerde ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kolayl\u0131kla uygulanabilecek masaj teknikleri, gev\u015feme y\u00f6ntemleri ve nefes egzersizleri de uygulamal\u0131 olarak kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, \u00f6\u011frendikleri tekniklerle ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na alma konusunda deneyim kazanma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n
