B\u00fcy\u00fck bir organizasyonla ilerleyen t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131lar\u0131nda zorlu bir e\u015fik daha a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eirinyer \u0130stasyonu kaz\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda dev t\u00fcnel a\u00e7ma makinesi (TBM) yeralt\u0131 su kayna\u011f\u0131na denk gelince di\u015flileri zarar g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Bunun \u00fczerine harekete ge\u00e7en \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, alan\u0131nda uzman sanayi dalg\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u0130zmir\u2019e getirdi. Zorlu ko\u015fullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ekipler, \u00f6zverili m\u00fcdahaleyle onar\u0131m\u0131 tamamlayarak kaz\u0131lar\u0131n kesintisiz s\u00fcrmesini sa\u011flad\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKimsenin burnu bile kanamadan 3 bin 500 konutun alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7tik\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buca Metrosu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki zorlu s\u00fcrece de\u011finen \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alpaslan Kara, iki y\u0131lda 13,5 kilometrelik hatt\u0131n kaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.\u00a0 Kara, Buca Metrosu\u2019nun yaln\u0131zca bir ula\u015f\u0131m projesi de\u011fil, \u0130zmir\u2019in gelece\u011fini etkileyecek stratejik bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck metro projelerinden biri olan Buca Metrosu\u2019nun k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famaya geldi\u011fini ifade eden Kara, \u201cBug\u00fcne kadar 3 bin 500 konutun alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7tik. En ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren t\u00fcm yap\u0131 envanterini \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k ve riskli alanlarda \u00f6zel \u00f6nlemler alarak ilerledik. Disiplinleraras\u0131 bir m\u00fchendislik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fck. Bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fimiz noktada, hi\u00e7 kimsenin burnu bile kanamad\u0131. Tabii ki hepimizin temel motivasyonu \u0130zmir halk\u0131na olan borcumuz. Bizim bu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisinde bitirmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z en b\u00fcy\u00fck ula\u015f\u0131m projesi Buca Metrosu&#8217;dur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTBM\u2019ler 3 hafta suyun i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcnel kaz\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan zorlu s\u00fcreci anlatan Kara, su kemerleri, tarihi yap\u0131lar ve sit alanlar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ilerlerken \u00f6nemli teknik g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcklerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u015eirinyer \u0130stasyonu&#8217;na ula\u015f\u0131rken yeralt\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede, Nif Da\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan gelen akifer ve Hasana\u011fa P\u0131narlar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kara, TBM makinelerinin bu suyun i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7mek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u00dc\u00e7 hafta boyunca su i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan makinelerdeki ar\u0131zalara, derin dal\u0131\u015f sertifikal\u0131 sanayi dalg\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcdahale etti\u011fini aktaran Kara, \u201cDalg\u0131\u00e7lar, TBM\u2019lerin kesici ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 su alt\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirerek bak\u0131m yapt\u0131. Kara, \u201cAsl\u0131nda t\u00fcnel, bir metroda projenin omurgas\u0131. Bu omurgay\u0131 do\u011fru kurdu\u011funuz zaman bundan sonraki k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u00fcnelin bitmesinin ard\u0131ndan istasyonlarda kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlay\u0131p 2028\u2019in i\u00e7erisinde hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sefere a\u00e7may\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. \u015eu anda 8 istasyon in\u015faat\u0131nda \u015fantiyelerimiz devam ediyor\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>TBM i\u00e7in acil dal\u0131\u015f operasyonu\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBM\u2019in durdu\u011fu anda \u0130stanbul\u2019dan ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan (Libya ve Romanya) h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde organize olan profesyonel ekip \u0130zmir\u2019e geldi. Ekibin sorumlusu Maden M\u00fchendisi ve Sanayi Dalg\u0131c\u0131 Melih Ozan Egemen, s\u00fcreci anlatt\u0131. Egemen, Buca Metro hatt\u0131 kaz\u0131s\u0131nda yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131yla birlikte a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 korozyonlu ve a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir ortamla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. TBM\u2019in bu nedenle zorlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve acil m\u00fcdahale i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, \u201c\u0130stanbul\u2019dan \u0130zmir\u2019e mobilize olduk. Libya ve Romanya\u2019dan da uzman arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 getirdik. \u00d6nc\u00fc ekip inceleme yapt\u0131 ve sistemin tamamen su alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu, y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 nedeniyle m\u00fcdahalenin zor oldu\u011funu tespit etti. Uzun s\u00fcredir yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ama uzman\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz bir operasyonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7amurun i\u00e7inde, g\u00f6rmeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7amurun i\u00e7inde, g\u00f6rmeden, yaln\u0131zca ezber bilgisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Melih Ozan Egemen, t\u00fcnel makinelerinin yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ar\u0131zalara sanayi dalg\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak m\u00fcdahale ettiklerini s\u00f6yledi. Egemen, makinelerin bas\u0131n\u00e7 e\u015fitleme kabinleri \u00fczerinden bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:\u00a0 \u201cS\u00fcrece haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 girdik. \u00d6nceden projeleri ezberliyoruz. Elimizi nereye att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda neyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 biliyoruz. Makinay\u0131, foto\u011fraflar\u0131 ve planlar\u0131 inceleyip tamamen haf\u0131zaya al\u0131yoruz. Koordinatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da farkl\u0131 ekipmanlarla belirleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u00e7eri girdi\u011fimizde bas\u0131n\u00e7 nedeniyle kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7makta zorland\u0131k ve son derece riskli bir ortamla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131k.\u00a0 Yakla\u015f\u0131k iki metrelik, tamamen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fs\u00fcz bir alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Parmaklar\u0131m\u0131zla \u00f6l\u00e7erek konum bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. El yordam\u0131yla, hi\u00e7 g\u00f6rmeden sorunu giderdik. Somonlar, pullar ve par\u00e7alar \u00fczerinde tek tek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 zamanla yar\u0131\u015farak yap\u0131yoruz. Su alt\u0131nda g\u00f6rmeden kesme ve kaynak i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Kaz\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda olu\u015fan \u00e7amur, kahve k\u0131vam\u0131nda yo\u011fun bir hale geliyor ve biz bunun i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ciddi hayati riskler ta\u015f\u0131yor. Su alt\u0131nda olu\u015fan y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 nedeniyle sanayi dalg\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6zel ko\u015fullarda g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor. Kapal\u0131 alan korkusunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra vurgun riski de var. Buca Metrosu\u2019nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 40 dakika bas\u0131n\u00e7 odas\u0131nda tedavi uygulan\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan bir dalg\u0131c\u0131n tamamen toparlanmas\u0131 8 ila 16 saat s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. TBM\u2019in yeniden kaz\u0131ya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Egemen, s\u00fcreci \u015f\u00f6yle aktard\u0131: \u201c5\u20136 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ilk m\u00fcdahaleyi tamamlad\u0131k ve makine yeniden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bir s\u00fcre sonra bas\u0131n\u00e7 yeniden d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc, daha g\u00fcvenli bir b\u00f6lgeye ge\u00e7erek yakla\u015f\u0131k 29 diskin tamam\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdik. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcnden itibaren temiz su geldi ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Bir bu\u00e7uk ayl\u0131k plan\u0131 17 g\u00fcnde bitirdik. Makine tam kapasiteyle kaz\u0131ya devam etti. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hem yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yank\u0131 uyand\u0131rd\u0131.
