Haz\u0131r ve i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda daha fazla yer almas\u0131yla birlikte, fark\u0131nda olmadan t\u00fcketilen tuz miktar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Merkezi Hastanesi&#8217;nden \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131\u00a0Dr. Emine D\u00fcndar, \u201cFazla tuz t\u00fcketimi yaln\u0131zca sofradaki lezzeti de\u011fil, uzun vadede sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da do\u011frudan etkiliyor. \u00d6zellikle kalp-damar sistemi ve b\u00f6brekler \u00fczerinde kritik sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7abilen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi, ya\u015fam kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca nedenleri aras\u0131nda\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo\u011fun tuz t\u00fcketimi ilk olarak kalp-damar sistemi ve b\u00f6brekleri etkiliyor. \u00d6zellikle aral\u0131kl\u0131 tansiyon y\u00fckselmeleri ve bacaklarda \u015fi\u015flik olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen ilk de\u011fi\u015fiklikler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Merkezi Hastanesi\u2019nden \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Dr. Emine D\u00fcndar, \u201cD\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 gram yani bir \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor. Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi fark\u0131nda olmadan bu miktar\u0131n 2-3 kat\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de tuzu seven bir toplum oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Bu nedenle \u00fclkemizde g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketimi ortalama 15-19 gram seviyelerine kadar \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazla tuz b\u00f6brekleri zorlay\u0131p \u00f6dem olu\u015fturabiliyor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fazla tuz t\u00fcketiminin v\u00fccutta sodyum birikimine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten D\u00fcndar, \u201cSodyum suyu tutma e\u011filimindedir. Bu durum damar d\u0131\u015f\u0131na s\u0131v\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015fini art\u0131rarak dokular aras\u0131nda su birikmesine neden olur. B\u00f6brekler fazla sodyumu atmakta zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise v\u00fccut dengeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in daha fazla su tutar. Sonu\u00e7 olarak \u00f6zellikle ayaklar, bilekler, bacaklar ve y\u00fczde \u015fi\u015flik yani \u00f6dem ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu tablo genellikle g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde artan, ak\u015fam saatlerinde belirginle\u015fen bir \u015fi\u015flik \u015feklinde kendini g\u00f6sterebilir. S\u00fcrekli tekrar eden \u00f6dem \u015fik\u00e2yetlerinin ise mutlaka bir uzman taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekir\u201d uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGizli tuz\u201da dikkat\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gizli tuzun, yemeklere eklenen tuz d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u0131dalar\u0131n do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131nda veya i\u015flenme s\u00fcrecinde bulunan tuz oldu\u011funu dile getiren D\u00fcndar, \u201cEkmek, peynir, zeytin, haz\u0131r \u00e7orbalar, soslar, cipsler, sal\u00e7alar, kuruyemi\u015fler, tur\u015fu ve salamura g\u0131dalar, i\u015flenmi\u015f et ve \u015fark\u00fcteri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile paketli \u00fcr\u00fcnler en \u00f6nemli gizli tuz kaynaklard\u0131r. Paketli ve i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n t\u00fcketimini azaltmak, etiket okumak \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. Yemeklerin tuz eklemeden \u00f6nce tad\u0131na bakmak ve miktar\u0131 kademeli olarak azaltmak damak tad\u0131n\u0131n uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.
