Osmangazi Belediyesi, engelli bireylerin sosyal ve ekonomik ya\u015fama daha aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flamas\u0131 amac\u0131yla 118-K Lions Federasyonu Engelsiz Ya\u015fam Komitesi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir i\u015f birli\u011fine imza att\u0131. Osmangazi Belediyesi Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 M\u00fccahit Y\u0131ld\u0131zhan ve AVG Otomotiv Kurucusu Bar\u0131\u015f G\u00fcler\u2019in kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Osmangazi Belediyesi Bak\u0131m ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezi\u2019ndeki (BAREM) t\u00f6ren ile birlikte \u201cEngelsiz \u00dcretim ve Montaj At\u00f6lyesi \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi Protokol\u00fc\u201d hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Protokol kapsam\u0131nda, engelli bireylerin mesleki becerilerini geli\u015ftirebilecekleri ve \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine dahil olabilecekleri \u00f6zel bir at\u00f6lye kurulacak. Buna g\u00f6re belediye b\u00fcnyesinde faaliyet g\u00f6sterecek at\u00f6lyede; montaj, paketleme, ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ve basit \u00fcretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Engelli bireylere, firma taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 par\u00e7a ba\u015f\u0131 i\u015f kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda destek sa\u011flanacak. \u00dcretim s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin teknik e\u011fitim deste\u011fi alacak engelli bireylere ayr\u0131ca Osmangazi Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan i\u015f becerilerini geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik rehberlik ve destek hizmetleri de sunulacak. B\u00f6ylelikle engelli bireylerin hem rehabilitasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131 sunulmas\u0131, hem de \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131larak sosyal hayatta daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yer almalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/p>\n
