\u00c7ankaya Belediyesi d\u00fczenli olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u011fitim ve tatbikatlarla personelin olas\u0131 bir yang\u0131n an\u0131nda yapmas\u0131 gerekenleri uzman e\u011fitmenler e\u015fli\u011finde bilgilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam ediyor. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinasyonunda 430\u00a0belediye personeline \u201c1. Seviye Yang\u0131n S\u00f6nd\u00fcrme E\u011fitimi\u201d verildi.<\/p>\n
\u00a0E\u011fitim, Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6revli Yang\u0131n E\u011fitmeni Umut Kuzey taraf\u0131ndan verildi. Program kapsam\u0131nda personele yang\u0131n an\u0131nda do\u011fru m\u00fcdahale y\u00f6ntemleri, yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme t\u00fcplerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve tahliye s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hakk\u0131nda hem teorik hem uygulamal\u0131 bilgiler aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tatbikatta belediye personeli, kontroll\u00fc \u015fekilde olu\u015fturulan yang\u0131na m\u00fcdahale ederek e\u011fitim s\u0131ras\u0131nda edindikleri bilgileri uygulama f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, olas\u0131 acil durumlarda h\u0131zl\u0131 ve do\u011fru hareket edilmesinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekerken uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim sayesinde yang\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n
