Modernle\u015fmeyi bir mukallitlik ser\u00fcveni olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cModernle\u015fme disiplinler aras\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBMM\u2019nin yaln\u0131zca yasa yapan bir kurum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kurtulmu\u015f, \u00fcniversitelerle yap\u0131lan i\u015f birlikleri sayesinde fikir hayat\u0131na katk\u0131 sunan \u00f6nemli toplant\u0131lar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce \u2018Cedidcilik Hareketi\u2019 \u00fczerine bir sempozyum d\u00fczenlediklerini hat\u0131rlatan Kurtulmu\u015f, bu toplant\u0131n\u0131n ise T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesini farkl\u0131 perspektiflerle ele almay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini konu alan yeni bir uluslararas\u0131 sempozyum daha d\u00fczenlenece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Kurtulmu\u015f, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cModernle\u015fme tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 art\u0131k disiplinler aras\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu konuda yo\u011fun akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkileyen iki b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fme modernle\u015fme tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendirdi. Bunlardan ilki Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bilim ve teknoloji alan\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, ikincisi ise Osmanl\u0131 dahil Do\u011fu imparatorluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme s\u00fcreci .<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki toplumlar modernle\u015fmeye zaman zaman kayg\u0131 ve \u00e7ekinceyle yakla\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesi nas\u0131l farkl\u0131ysa, Japonya\u2019n\u0131n Meiji restorasyonu, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve \u00c7in\u2019in modernle\u015fme hik\u00e2yesi de birbirinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak hepsi ortak bir soruya odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: \u2018Bu geli\u015fmeye kar\u015f\u0131 kendi cevab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cModernle\u015fme, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fla\u015fma ve Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma ayn\u0131 \u015fey de\u011fildir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda kavramlar\u0131n do\u011fru kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken Kurtulmu\u015f, modernle\u015fme, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fla\u015fma ve Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131\u2019y\u0131 yaln\u0131zca taklit edilecek bir hedef olarak g\u00f6rmenin toplumlar\u0131 k\u00f6klerinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Kurtulmu\u015f, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye kendi tarihsel birikimiyle yeni bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecek milli tecr\u00fcbeye sahip. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde modern de\u011ferler \u00fczerine kurulu uluslararas\u0131 sistem ciddi bir kriz ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130nsan haklar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 hukuk ve devletlerin egemen e\u015fitli\u011fi gibi temel kavramlar yeniden tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Mevcut k\u00fcresel d\u00fczen art\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretemez hale geldi. Modern de\u011ferler \u00fczerine kurulan uluslararas\u0131 sistemin kurumlar\u0131, kurallar\u0131 ve hatta terminolojisi iflas etmi\u015ftir. Art\u0131k d\u00fcnyadaki sorunlar\u0131 eski kavramlarla a\u00e7\u0131klamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDemokrasi modernle\u015fmenin en \u00f6nemli alanlar\u0131ndan biridir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesinin en \u00f6nemli ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan birinin demokrasi oldu\u011funu ifade eden Kurtulmu\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin demokrasi m\u00fccadelesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bedellerle ilerledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Darbeler, siyasi m\u00fcdahaleler ve antidemokratik uygulamalara ra\u011fmen toplumun demokrasi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde irade ortaya koydu\u011funu belirten Kurtulmu\u015f, \u201cDemokrasiyi g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn nuru gibi koruyaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDevlet gelene\u011fimiz insan merkezlidir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011finin temelinde insan\u0131 merkeze alan bir anlay\u0131\u015f bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Kurtulmu\u015f, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu ifadelerle tamamlad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBizim devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n temelinde \u2018\u0130nsan\u0131 ya\u015fat ki devlet ya\u015fas\u0131n\u2019 ilkesi vard\u0131r. Devlet-i ebed m\u00fcddet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla hareket ederiz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u2018Nizam-\u0131 \u00e2lem\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle yaln\u0131zca kendimiz i\u00e7in de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n huzuru i\u00e7in s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemeyi g\u00f6rev kabul ederiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kurtulmu\u015f, sempozyumda ortaya konulacak fikirlerin akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, organizasyonda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Deniz \u00dclke Kaynak: \u201cModernle\u015fmenin psikolojik boyutu da konu\u015fulmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Deniz \u00dclke Kaynak, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015f s\u00fcrecinin yaln\u0131zca siyasi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda psikolojik ve toplumsal boyutlar\u0131yla da ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Tarih B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri psikotarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na de\u011finen Kaynak, \u201c\u00d6zellikle Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecinin toplum \u00fczerindeki etkilerini inceledik. \u2018Travmadan Zafere\u2019 isimli kitapta da Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f travmas\u0131 yerine \u0130stiklal Harbi ve zafer anlat\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilen ulusal kimlik s\u00fcrecini ele ald\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti ulusal kimli\u011fi ku\u015fkusuz bir zafer kimli\u011fi olarak in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir ve bu stratejik bir tercihtir.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinin k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin kurucu lideri Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan Cumhuriyet\u2019e ge\u00e7i\u015fte \u00f6nemli bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc rol\u00fc \u00fcstlendi\u011fini ifade eden Kaynak, \u201cKurucu kadrolar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc toplumun tamam\u0131nda ayn\u0131 h\u0131zda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin farkl\u0131 boyutlarda de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekiyor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plar\u0131n do\u011fal olarak bir yas s\u00fcreci do\u011furdu\u011funu belirten Kaynak, baz\u0131 akademisyenlerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan kimlik ve aidiyet tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u2018tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f yas s\u00fcreci\u2019 \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cModernle\u015fme sadece teknoloji veya k\u0131yafet de\u011fi\u015fimi de\u011fildir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Modernle\u015fmenin yaln\u0131zca Bat\u0131\u2019y\u0131 taklit etmek anlam\u0131na gelip gelmedi\u011finin uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen Kaynak, \u015fu sorular\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBir toplumun modernle\u015fmesi yaln\u0131zca giyimi, ku\u015fam\u0131, teknolojisi ve e\u011fitim sistemiyle mi ilgilidir; yoksa de\u011ferleri, zihniyeti ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle birlikte ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm m\u00fcd\u00fcr?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Modernle\u015fme ile modernle\u015ftirme kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n da birbirinden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Kaynak, bu s\u00fcrecin tepeden inme bir zorlamadan m\u0131 yoksa toplumsal ihtiya\u00e7lardan m\u0131 do\u011fdu\u011funun tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lere seslenen Kaynak, \u201cGe\u00e7mi\u015finizi iyi \u00f6\u011frenmeden iyi bir gelecek in\u015fa edemezsiniz.\u201d diyerek \u00f6\u011frencilerin tarihsel ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel s\u00fcre\u00e7leri anlamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Havva K\u00f6k Arslan: \u201cT\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesi dinamik bir tecr\u00fcbe alan\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar \u00dcniversitesi Stratejik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Havva K\u00f6k Arslan ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesinin yaln\u0131zca tarihsel de\u011fil, g\u00fcncel ve gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck y\u00f6nleriyle de yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesi meselesinin her neslin yeniden sordu\u011fu temel sorulardan biri oldu\u011funu ifade eden Arslan, \u201cSempozyum yaln\u0131zca akademik bir toplant\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ortak tarihsel haf\u0131zay\u0131 ve gelece\u011fe dair sorumluluklar\u0131 da de\u011ferlendirme zemini sunuyor.
