Ayval\u0131k Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan \u201cAyval\u0131k \u00dcretim ve Pazarlama Kooperatifi\u201d, il\u00e7ede yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 kad\u0131na istihdam sa\u011flayarak hem \u00fcretimi art\u0131r\u0131yor hem de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aile b\u00fct\u00e7esine katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131yor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ayval\u0131k Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut Ergin\u2019in \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irilen kooperatif, belediyeye ait bah\u00e7elerden elde edilen meyve ve sebzelerin kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flenmesiyle yerel ekonomiye de\u011fer kat\u0131yor. Mevsimine g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan \u00fcr\u00fcnler, kooperatif markas\u0131 alt\u0131nda paketlenerek sat\u0131\u015fa sunuluyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Mesut Ergin, kooperatifin kurulu\u015f amac\u0131n\u0131n iki temel hedefe dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cBir yandan kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00fcretim alan\u0131 olu\u015fturarak istihdam sa\u011flamak, di\u011fer yandan Ayval\u0131k\u2019\u0131n zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere yerel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini markala\u015ft\u0131rmak istedik\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kooperatif b\u00fcnyesinde belediyeye ait yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 bin zeytin a\u011fac\u0131ndan elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u015flenerek \u015fi\u015feleniyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra makarna, eri\u015fte, re\u00e7el, sirke ve tarhana gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn de kad\u0131n eme\u011fiyle haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. \u00dcretim s\u00fcrecine d\u00f6nemsel olarak daha fazla kad\u0131n\u0131n dahil edildi\u011fini belirten Ergin, bu sayede kad\u0131nlar\u0131n gelir elde etti\u011fini ve \u00fcretimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale geldi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kooperatifte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar ise sa\u011flanan imk\u00e2ndan memnun. \u00dcretimde aktif rol alan kad\u0131nlar, hem kendi har\u00e7l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 hem de aile b\u00fct\u00e7elerine katk\u0131 sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiriyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Geni\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn yelpazesiyle dikkat \u00e7eken kooperatifte 20\u2019ye yak\u0131n sirke, 15\u2019ten fazla re\u00e7el \u00e7e\u015fidi ve farkl\u0131 eri\u015fte t\u00fcrleri \u00fcretiliyor. \u00dcr\u00fcnler, Ayval\u0131k\u2019taki sat\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra internet \u00fczerinden de t\u00fcketicilere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Yetkililer, kooperatifin her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve artan \u00fcretim kapasitesiyle daha fazla kad\u0131na istihdam sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
