Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bayram al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve hijyenik ortamlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmeleri amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda; kasaplar, marketler, f\u0131r\u0131nlar, pastaneler, kuruyemi\u015f\u00e7iler ve \u015fark\u00fcteriler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletmede denetim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u0130l\u00e7enin farkl\u0131 noktalar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kontrollerde hem \u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hem de i\u015fletme ko\u015fullar\u0131 titizlikle incelendi.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerde \u00f6zellikle g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin hijyen standartlar\u0131na uygunlu\u011fu, raf ve kasa fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n uyumu, \u00fcr\u00fcn gramajlar\u0131 ile son kullanma tarihleri detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde kontrol edildi. \u0130\u015f yerlerinin temizlik durumu, d\u00fczeni ve genel bak\u0131m \u015fartlar\u0131 incelenirken; vergi levhas\u0131, g\u0131da kay\u0131t belgeleri, \u00fcretim izinleri ve i\u015f yeri ruhsatlar\u0131 da ekipler taraf\u0131ndan denetlendi.<\/p>\n

Zab\u0131ta ekipleri ayr\u0131ca \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin uygun saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131nda muhafaza edilip edilmedi\u011fini, \u00fcretim ve sat\u0131\u015f alanlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k standartlar\u0131na uygunlu\u011funu ve dezenfeksiyon i\u015flemlerinin d\u00fczenli olarak uygulan\u0131p uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etti.
