B\u00f6lge Federasyonu i\u015f birli\u011fi ile \u201cDestekli \u0130stihdam Zirvesi: \u0130\u015f&#8217;te N\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli var\u201d etkinli\u011fi d\u00fczenlendi. \u0130zmir Ticaret Odas\u0131&#8217;nda d\u00fczenlenen zirvede; n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlilik, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 istihdam uygulamalar\u0131 ve i\u015fveren deneyimleri ele al\u0131nd\u0131 ve destekli istihdam modeli kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6rnek uygulamalar payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u0131zl\u0131: 71 engelli bireye do\u011frudan istihdam s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde destek sa\u011fland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Engelli bireylerin i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncelik olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini kaydeden \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Sosyal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ela H\u0131zl\u0131, \u201c\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak engelli bireylerin sosyal ya\u015fama, e\u011fitime, k\u00fclt\u00fcre, sanata ve kent hizmetlerine eri\u015fimini \u00f6nemsedi\u011fimiz kadar i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da temel bir hak alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fla T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ilk kez belediyemiz taraf\u0131ndan &#8216;\u0130\u015f&#8217;te N\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlilik Var&#8217; temas\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilen Destekli \u0130stihdam Program\u0131; i\u015f ko\u00e7lar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla aday\u0131 tan\u0131yan, beceri ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 analiz eden, i\u015f yerini de\u011ferlendiren, i\u015fe uyum s\u00fcrecinde dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131kla destek sunan, en \u00f6nemlisi ki\u015fiyi i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra da yaln\u0131z b\u0131rakmayan b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir modeldir. Bug\u00fcne kadar Destekli \u0130stihdam Program\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 55 engelli birey istihdama kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. 16 engelli bireyin i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci devam ediyor. Program kapsam\u0131nda toplam 71 engelli bireye do\u011frudan istihdam s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde destek sa\u011fland\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00d6d\u00fcl alan firmalar\u0131n deste\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her bir i\u015fe yerle\u015fmenin hayat hikayesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydeden H\u0131zl\u0131, \u201cKapsay\u0131c\u0131 istihdam yaln\u0131zca kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7abas\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fcmez. \u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n, akademinin, meslek kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, sivil toplumun ve yerel y\u00f6netimlerin birlikte hareket etmesiyle kal\u0131c\u0131 hale gelir. Bug\u00fcn burada verilen her \u00f6d\u00fcl, \u0130zmir&#8217;in daha e\u015fit, daha eri\u015filebilir ve daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir kent olma hedefinin par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Biz \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak &#8216;Herkes i\u00e7in eri\u015filebilir \u0130zmir&#8217; anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eyigele \u0130\u015fleyen: Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Dr.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Cemil Tugay&#8217;a da te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nman\u0131n, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ekonominin ve sosyal refah\u0131n yolunun, toplumun t\u00fcm bireylerinin \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine e\u015fit kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u0130zmir Ticaret Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Nuray Eyigele \u0130\u015fleyen, \u201c\u0130nsan\u0131 merkeze alan, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 zenginlik olarak g\u00f6ren ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel de\u011fer kabul eden bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olan \u2018Destekli \u0130stihdam\u2019\u0131 birlikte de\u011ferlendirmek \u00fczere bir araday\u0131z. Destekli istihdam modelinin, bireyin yaln\u0131zca i\u015fe yerle\u015fmesini de\u011fil, i\u015f ortam\u0131na uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131, yetkinliklerini geli\u015ftirmesini ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda yer almas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m oldu\u011fu kanaatindeyiz\u201d dedi. Eyigele \u0130\u015fleyen s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cKapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131 hepimizin ortak sorumlulu\u011fu. Yerel y\u00f6netimlerimiz, \u00fcniversitelerimiz ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyam\u0131zla birlikte bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmam\u0131z gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Akda\u015f: N\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireylerin oldu\u011fu i\u015f ortam\u0131nda \u00fcretkenli\u011fin y\u00fczde 30 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ege B\u00f6lgesi Sanayi Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Metin Akda\u015f, \u201c\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;ne verdi\u011fi de\u011ferli katk\u0131lar, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu konuyu tema olarak belirledikleri i\u00e7in de te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz. Farkl\u0131 bilgilerin ye\u015fermedi\u011fi ortamlarda geli\u015fme durur. Herkesin ayn\u0131 oldu\u011fu ortamda bir s\u00fcre sonra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemez olur. Hayat\u0131n zenginli\u011fi farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131ndan gelir. \u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin de\u011feri daha da artmaktad\u0131r. N\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireylerin oldu\u011fu i\u015f ortam\u0131nda \u00fcretkenli\u011fin y\u00fczde 30 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye olarak n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlilik konusunda daha fazla fark\u0131ndal\u0131k sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zincircio\u011flu: N\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireyler bir\u00e7ok alanda \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli katk\u0131lar sunabiliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir Ticaret Borsas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Sayman \u00dcyesi \u0130lhan Zincircio\u011flu, \u201cDestekli istihdam gibi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcndemde tutmak, ba\u015fta istihdam kesimi olmak \u00fczere toplum olarak neyi \u00f6nemsedi\u011fimizi g\u00f6stermektedir. Her 100 engelli bireyden yakla\u015f\u0131k 85&#8217;i, hayat\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kal\u0131yor. \u00c7ok ciddi bir istihdam kayb\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. Oysa n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireyler, do\u011fru i\u015f ve do\u011fru \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok alanda \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli katk\u0131lar sunabilmektedir. Bizler \u0130zmir i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 olarak destekli istihdam\u0131n i\u00e7inde olmal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do\u011fru: \u0130zmir&#8217;in ortaya koydu\u011fu yerel y\u00f6netim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 son derece de\u011ferli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DE\u00dc \u00d6zel E\u011fitim B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Sunay Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Do\u011fru, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki \u00f6zel gereksinimli bireylerin i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131lmas\u0131 maalesef d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede. \u0130zmir&#8217;in ortaya koydu\u011fu yerel y\u00f6netim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 son derece de\u011ferlidir. Destekli \u0130stihdam Modeli \u00f6zel bireylerin sadece i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 da hedef al\u0131yor. Daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 daha eri\u015filebilir ve adil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Butur:\u00a0 Proje k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m olarak \u00e7akacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rotary 2440. B\u00f6lge Projelerinden Sorumlu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Nafih Butur, \u201cBizler toplumun ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu kal\u0131c\u0131 projeler \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Bizler bug\u00fcne kadar n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireylerimiz i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok projeye imza att\u0131k. Ama genelde n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitli bireylerin topluma sosyal olarak kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelik projeler yapt\u0131k. \u0130zmir&#8217;den bu kadar de\u011ferli kurumun dahil oldu\u011fu proje k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m olarak \u00e7akacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHi\u00e7 kimse d\u0131\u015flanmamal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Davetli konu\u015fmac\u0131 Avrupa Destekli \u0130stihdam Birli\u011fi Kurucu \u00dcyesi Christy Lynch, Destekli \u0130stihdam: \u0130\u015fverenler \u0130\u00e7in Faydalar\u0131 konulu bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Lynch, \u201cBu deste\u011finiz i\u00e7in \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. B\u00f6yle durumlarda desteklere \u00e7ok ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Evet para kazan\u0131yoruz ama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak bize bir ya\u015fam amac\u0131 veriyor. Sosyal olarak i\u015f ortam\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131yoruz ve hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 zenginle\u015ftiriyoruz. Engelli bireyler de i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131labilirler. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. \u0130\u015f ortam\u0131na \u00e7ok da b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar. Bizim \u00f6ncelikle amac\u0131m\u0131z ayr\u0131m de\u011fil entegrasyon. Onlar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar toplum ya\u015fam\u0131na entegre etmek.
