Yeni kesilmi\u015f etin kas lifleri sertle\u015fir ve sindirimi daha zor hale gelir. \u00d6zellikle kalp-damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, hipertansiyon, refl\u00fc, gastrit ve mide hassasiyeti bulunan bireylerin kurban etini hemen t\u00fcketmemesi gerekir. Etin kontroll\u00fc \u015fekilde dinlendirilmesi hem lezzet hem de sindirim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:16px;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><b><span style=\",serif\">Kurban Etini Dinlendirme ve Saklaman\u0131n P\u00fcf Noktalar\u0131<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:16px;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\",serif\">Kurban etinin buzdolab\u0131nda 12 ila 24 saat dinlendirilmesinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken \u00dcn\u00fcsan; \u201cSert, ya\u011fl\u0131 ve fazla pi\u015firilmi\u015f et mideyi daha uzun s\u00fcre me\u015fgul edebilir. \u00d6zellikle mide hassasiyeti olan ki\u015filerde \u015fi\u015fkinlik, haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve refl\u00fc sorunlar\u0131 artabilir. Bu nedenle kurban eti, buzdolab\u0131nda en az 12 ila 24 saat dinlendirilmelidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te etin pi\u015firme kalitesi artar ve sindirim y\u00fck\u00fc azal\u0131r. Dinlendirme i\u015fleminin oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fil, uygun so\u011futma ko\u015fullar\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Etler b\u00fcy\u00fck par\u00e7alar halinde \u00fcst \u00fcste s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamal\u0131, temiz kaplara ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan ve ilk s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7tikten sonra 0\u20134 derece aras\u0131nda muhafaza edilmelidir. Et kendi ya\u011f\u0131yla ve k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firilmeli, i\u00e7 ya\u011f\u0131, kuyruk ya\u011f\u0131 veya fazla tereya\u011f\u0131 eklenmemelidir. Izgara yap\u0131l\u0131rken et do\u011frudan aleve maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lmamal\u0131, k\u00f6m\u00fcr k\u00f6z haline geldikten sonra pi\u015firme yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Etin yan\u0131nda sebze, salata, yo\u011furt ve tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere yer verilmesi, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuzlu, ya\u011fl\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131r \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.
