Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin bilim, teknoloji ve giri\u015fimcilik vizyonuyla hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fi \u201cTekno\u015fehir Projesi\u2019nde\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar aral\u0131ks\u0131z olarak s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u0130zmit SEKA yerle\u015fkesinde yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden proje, tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Kocaeli\u2019nin yeni teknoloji ve inovasyon merkezi olacak. \u0130zmit 3317 ada 1 parselde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen rekonstr\u00fcksiyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda eski \u201cMekanik At\u00f6lye Binas\u0131\u201d tarihi kimli\u011fi korunarak yeniden in\u015fa ediliyor. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l end\u00fcstri miras\u0131n\u0131n mihenk ta\u015flar\u0131ndan biri olan yap\u0131, modern teknoloji altyap\u0131s\u0131yla yeniden hayat bulacak.
