KTO Karatay \u00dcniversitesi \u0130ktisadi, \u0130dari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fak\u00fcltesi Psikoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc akademisyenlerinden Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Yusuf G\u00fcrel, dijital teknolojilerin bilin\u00e7siz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n gen\u00e7 nesillerin ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir tehdit haline geldi\u011fini belirterek; \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re sosyal medya platformlar\u0131nda yer alan s\u00fcrekli bildirimler, sonsuz kayd\u0131rma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ve h\u0131zl\u0131 i\u00e7erik t\u00fcketimi, \u00f6zellikle ergenlik d\u00f6nemindeki bireylerin dikkat s\u00fcrelerini olumsuz etkiliyor. S\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fen dijital uyaranlara maruz kalan gen\u00e7lerin, akademik performanslar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fan\u0131rken, derin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve problem \u00e7\u00f6zme becerilerinde de zay\u0131flama g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Sosyal medya platformlar\u0131nda idealize edilmi\u015f ya\u015famlar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli takip edilmesi, gen\u00e7lerde yetersizlik duygusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirirken kronik kayg\u0131 ve depresif belirtilerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, video oyunlar\u0131 ve dijital platformlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, kayg\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131yla birbirini besleyen bir ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:16px;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\",serif\">Dijital ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fczeyi y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e bireylerin aileleri, arkada\u015flar\u0131 ve sosyal \u00e7evreleriyle kurduklar\u0131 y\u00fcz y\u00fcze ili\u015fkiler zay\u0131fl\u0131yor. Sanal ortamdaki etkile\u015fimlerin artmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ger\u00e7ek ya\u015famda sosyal ba\u011flar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 kaybetmesi, bireylerin yaln\u0131zla\u015fmas\u0131na ve sosyal izolasyonun derinle\u015fmesine neden oluyor.
