M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklere ait fiziksel ar\u015fivler tek merkezde birle\u015ftirilirken, evraklar dijital ortama aktar\u0131l\u0131yor, ak\u0131lland\u0131rma sistemiyle h\u0131zl\u0131 eri\u015fim sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/b><\/p>\n
Bal\u00e7ova Belediyesi, kurumsal haf\u0131zay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek ve hizmet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini h\u0131zland\u0131racak \u00f6nemli bir dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Belediye b\u00fcnyesinde farkl\u0131 m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerde bulunan ar\u015fivler, kurulan merkezi ar\u015fiv biriminde bir araya getirilirken; fiziksel evraklar\u0131n dijital ortama aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u201cevrak ak\u0131lland\u0131rma\u201d sistemiyle ar\u015fiv s\u00fcre\u00e7leri daha h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve eri\u015filebilir hale getiriliyor.<\/p>\n
Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llara ait resmi belgeler, dosyalar ve kurumsal kay\u0131tlar titizlikle taranarak dijital sisteme aktar\u0131l\u0131yor. Evraklar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ak\u0131lland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sayesinde ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan belgelere k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenirken, kurum i\u00e7i i\u015fleyi\u015fin daha verimli hale getirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Dijital ar\u015fiv sistemiyle birlikte vatanda\u015flardan gelen taleplerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, resmi yaz\u0131\u015fma ve belge s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde zaman kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi ve ilgili kamu kurumlar\u0131yla koordinasyonun daha etkin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi sa\u011flanacak. B\u00f6ylece Bal\u00e7ova Belediyesi, teknolojiyi kamu hizmetlerinde daha etkin kullanan belediyeler aras\u0131nda yerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek.<\/p>\n
Bal\u00e7ova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Onur Yi\u011fit, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n belediyecilik hizmetlerinde h\u0131z ve verimlilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cTeknolojiyi yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, gelece\u011fi planlamak i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131yoruz. Kurumsal haf\u0131zam\u0131z\u0131 koruyan, eri\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran ve hizmet kalitemizi art\u0131ran bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle Bal\u00e7ova\u2019da daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir belediyecilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
