BESOB Ba\u015fkan Vekili Fahrettin T\u00fcccaro\u011flu ise \u00f6\u011frenmenin ya\u015f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. T\u00fcccaro\u011flu, \u201cEsnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7o\u011faltmay\u0131 kendimize g\u00f6rev biliyoruz. G\u0131da M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Bursa \u015eubesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Serkan Durmu\u015f, d\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l milyonlarca insan\u0131n g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131klarla m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi ile yap\u0131lan protokol \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde i\u015fletmelerin saha analizlerini ve teknik de\u011ferlendirmelerini yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Durmu\u015f, bu i\u015f birli\u011finin halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131na artarak devam etmesini diledi.<\/p>\n

Seminerde sunum yapan G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi Didem Salman ise g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sadece bireysel de\u011fil, toplumsal bir mesele oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. Salman, \u201cD\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc verilerine g\u00f6re her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon insan g\u00fcvenli olmayan g\u0131da nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybediyor. G\u0131da g\u00fcvencesi d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in bir tehlike ve\u00a0 milli g\u00fcvenlik sorunudur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
