Bu nedenle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 bir olay bile k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ciddi bir g\u00fcvenlik sorununa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, t\u00fcnellerde meydana gelen kazalar\u0131n baz\u0131 ay\u0131rt edici \u00f6zelliklerini, \u201cKa\u00e7\u0131\u015f alanlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc t\u00fcnellerde kaza b\u00f6lgesi \u00f6ncesinin tahliye edilememesi, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ve ta\u015f\u0131ttaki yolcular\u0131n panik haldeki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yeni tehlikeli durumlara sebep olmas\u0131, yang\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu ise alevlerin ve duman\u0131n h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmas\u0131yla hayati tehlikeye sebep olmas\u0131, hareket alan\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131t\u0131 sebebiyle acil m\u00fcdahale ekiplerinin olay yerine ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n daha zor olmas\u0131, takip mesafesine yeterince dikkat edilmemesi sebebiyle zincirleme kazalar\u0131n daha kolay meydana gelmesi, ortamda duman varsa g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f mesafesinin ani \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015febilmesi, yang\u0131n durumunda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckselmesi ve hayati tehlikeye sebep olmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d \u015feklinde anlatt\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u015eener, bu nedenle d\u00fcnya genelinde t\u00fcnellerin, normal karayolu kesimlerinden daha y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131yla tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fletildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deniz alt\u0131 t\u00fcnellerinde \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik sistemi bulunuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Modern deniz alt\u0131 t\u00fcnellerinde y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc kamera sistemleri, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli olay alg\u0131lama teknolojileri, yang\u0131n alg\u0131lama sistemleri, acil ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f koridorlar\u0131 ve geli\u015fmi\u015f haberle\u015fme altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Modern deniz alt\u0131 t\u00fcnelleri \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik sistemleriyle donat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcnelin tamam\u0131 y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc kameralarla izlenir. Yapay zek\u00e2 ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u015fleme teknolojileri sayesinde; duran ara\u00e7, ters y\u00f6nde giden ara\u00e7, rutin ak\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re yava\u015flayan trafik, \u015ferit ihlali, duman olu\u015fumu, yola d\u00fc\u015fen nesne veya ya\u011f vb. s\u0131v\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi gibi rutin d\u0131\u015f\u0131 durumlar saniyeler i\u00e7erisinde tespit edilebilmektedir. T\u00fcnellerde s\u0131cakl\u0131k sens\u00f6rleri, duman dedekt\u00f6rleri ve yang\u0131n alg\u0131lama sistemleri bulunur. Olas\u0131 yang\u0131n durumunda havaland\u0131rma sistemleri otomatik olarak devreye girerek duman\u0131n tahliye y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kontrol eder. Uzun t\u00fcnellerde belirli aral\u0131klarla acil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kap\u0131lar\u0131 ve ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f galerileri yer al\u0131r. Bu alanlar insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgelere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
