Planlar, 16 Temmuz Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fcnden (bug\u00fcn) itibaren 30 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MECL\u0130STE ONAYLANDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ve 1 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 tarihinde onaylanarak Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderilen plan de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi\u2019nin 14 May\u0131s 2026 tarih ve 303 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla kabul edildi. B\u00f6ylece 1\/50.000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131, 1\/25.000 ve 1\/5.000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Naz\u0131m \u0130mar Planlar\u0131 ile 1\/1.000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Uygulama \u0130mar Plan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri onay s\u00fcrecini tamamlad\u0131.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>KOCAEL\u0130\u2013YALOVA ARASINA HIZLI HAT<\/strong><br \/>Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlanan otoyol, Yalova ile Kocaeli aras\u0131ndaki ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve kesintisiz hale getirecek. Projenin, Yalova \u00c7iftlikk\u00f6y yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2013\u0130zmir Otoyolu\u2019ndan ba\u015flayarak G\u00f6lc\u00fck\u2019\u00fcn g\u00fcneyinden ilerlemesi, Yuvac\u0131k Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kuzeyinden ge\u00e7ip Cengiz Topel Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde TEM Otoyolu\u2019na ba\u011flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>78 K\u0130LOMETREL\u0130K DEV ULA\u015eIM YATIRIMI<\/strong><br \/>Toplam 78 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda projelendirilen otoyolun 66 kilometresi ana yol, 12 kilometresi ise ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131ndan olu\u015facak. Alt\u0131 \u015feritli (3 gidi\u015f-3 geli\u015f) olarak planlanan projede 8 t\u00fcnel, 9 viyad\u00fck, 51 k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve 14 kav\u015fak yer alacak. T\u00fcnellerin toplam uzunlu\u011fu ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 27,9 kilometreyi bulacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VATANDA\u015eA \u0130NCELEME FIRSATI<\/strong><br \/>Onaylanan planlar, 16 Temmuz Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren (bug\u00fcn) 30 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle ask\u0131da kalacak. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te vatanda\u015flar planlar\u0131 inceleyebilecek, y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini iletebilecek.
