Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te uygulanan cerrahi, kemoterapi, radyoterapi, imm\u00fcnoterapi ve hedefe y\u00f6nelik tedaviler hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7larken, beslenme de tedavinin en \u00f6nemli destekleyici unsurlar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Do\u011fru planlanm\u0131\u015f beslenme program\u0131; hastan\u0131n v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kas k\u00fctlesini korumas\u0131na, tedaviye uyumunun artmas\u0131na, yan etkilerin hafiflemesine ve ya\u015fam kalitesinin y\u00fckselmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Nilay G\u00fcler, kanser hastalar\u0131nda do\u011fru beslenme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kanserde tek tip beslenme modeli tercih edilmemeli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onkoloji hastalar\u0131nda herkes i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli tek bir beslenme modeli bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Her hastan\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131, kanserin t\u00fcr\u00fc ve evresi, uygulanan tedavi y\u00f6ntemi, laboratuvar de\u011ferleri ve mevcut beslenme durumu ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel bir beslenme program\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dengeli ve yeterli beslenme tedavinin temelini olu\u015fturuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanser ve tedavi s\u00fcreci, v\u00fccudun enerji ve protein ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabilir. Kanser hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir \u201cmucize diyet\u201d bulunmamakla birlikte, t\u00fcm besin gruplar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren dengeli bir beslenme plan\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeterli enerji al\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Protein a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin besinler (yumurta, s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, et, tavuk, bal\u0131k, kuru baklagiller) d\u00fczenli t\u00fcketilmelidir. Sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketimi ihmal edilmemelidir. Tam tah\u0131llar ve lif a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin besinler tercih edilmelidir.
