1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda Seferihisar\u2019da do\u011fan Okan \u00c7\u0131nar, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi Gemi \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 ve Gemi Makineleri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden b\u00f6l\u00fcm birincisi olarak mezun oldu. Mezuniyetinin ard\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde g\u00f6rev yapan \u00c7\u0131nar, daha sonra memleketi Seferihisar\u2019a d\u00f6nerek kendi m\u00fchendislik firmas\u0131n\u0131 kurdu. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k mesleki deneyimiyle deniz ara\u00e7lar\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve m\u00fchendisli\u011fi alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u00c7\u0131nar, bilgi ve birikimini il\u00e7esine kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyerek 2024 Yerel Se\u00e7imleri\u2019nde Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi\u2019nden Seferihisar Belediye Meclis \u00dcyesi olarak se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n
Seferihisar Belediyesi\u2019nde Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revine getirilen Okan \u00c7\u0131nar\u2019\u0131n, yeni g\u00f6revinde belediye hizmetlerinin etkin, verimli ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015fla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n
