Birbirinden farkl\u0131 bran\u015flarda a\u00e7\u0131lacak kurslara kat\u0131lmak isteyenler 29 Temmuz 2026 tarihine kadar online olarak kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rabilecek. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve aktif ya\u015fam\u0131 te\u015fvik eden ASF\u0130M’in yeni d\u00f6nem kurslar\u0131na kat\u0131lmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar, 29 Temmuz 2026 tarihine kadar genclikspor.antalya.bel.tr adresi \u00fczerinden online ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecek. Kurslarla ilgili ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi almak isteyenler ise 0242 321 24 70 numaral\u0131 telefondan yetkililere ula\u015fabilecek.

10 A\u011fustos’ta ba\u015flayacak ASF\u0130M kurslar\u0131nda vatanda\u015flar, alan\u0131nda uzman e\u011fitmenler e\u015fli\u011finde \u00fccretsiz spor yapma imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulacak. Yeni d\u00f6nemde reformer, pilates, step-aerobik, zumba ve fitness gibi bir\u00e7ok bran\u015fta e\u011fitim verilecek. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6zel gereksinimli bireylere y\u00f6nelik spor programlar\u0131 da kurslar aras\u0131nda yer alacak. \u00c7ocuk jimnasti\u011fi e\u011fitimlerinin de d\u00fczenlenece\u011fi ASF\u0130M’de, parkinson hastalar\u0131 ve ileri ya\u015ftaki vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan \u00f6zel egzersiz programlar\u0131yla her ya\u015ftan ve her kesimden bireyin spor yapmas\u0131 desteklenecek.<\/p>\n
