Etab\u0131nda Hedef 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <strong>Turgutalp Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesinin birinci etab\u0131nda devam eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceleyen \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alper Taban, \u201cS\u00fcre\u00e7 planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi devam ediyor. 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda burada ilk anahtar teslimlerimizi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130neg\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcn ilk yerinde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi olan Turgutalp Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. 7 etap \u015feklinde planlanan uygulama kapsam\u0131nda birinci etapta in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ederken, ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc etapta ise zemin iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediyesi garant\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen projede \u015fantiye alan\u0131nda \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediyesi personelleri de her an \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde takip ediyor. \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alper Taban da beraberindeki heyetle birlikte projenin birinci etap alan\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret ederek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130NEG\u00d6L BELED\u0130YES\u0130 DENET\u0130M PERSONELLER\u0130 S\u00dcREKL\u0130 \u015eANT\u0130YEDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nceleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara dair a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda da bulunan Ba\u015fkan Taban, \u201cTurgutalp Mahallesi Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projemizde yerinde incelemelerde bulunduk. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z burada g\u00fczel \u015fekilde devam ediyor. Burada \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediyemizin denetim personeli bulunmakta. S\u00fcrekli olarak in\u015faat y\u00fcklenicisi olan firmayla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip ediyoruz. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere t\u00fcm bu projelerde, \u0130neg\u00f6l Belediyesi i\u015fin garant\u00f6r\u00fc. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerde hem sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u00e7evreci yap\u0131lar, afetlere dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131lar olu\u015fturmak ad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. ETAPTA ANAHTAR TESL\u0130M\u0130 2027\u2019DE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birinci etapta hedefin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l anahtar teslimlerini yapmak oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan Ba\u015fkan Taban, \u201c2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda burada ilk anahtar teslimlerimizi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Takvime bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda herhangi bir gecikme s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil. S\u00fcre\u00e7 planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi devam ediyor. Allah nasip ederse burada \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l g\u00fczel bir ya\u015fam ba\u015flayacak. Meydan\u0131yla, konutlar\u0131yla, otoparklar\u0131yla, ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131 ve ticari \u00fcniteleriyle yeni bir cazibe noktas\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z \u0130neg\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcm\u00fcze\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UYGULAMA \u00c7OK BA\u015eARILI \u015eEK\u0130LDE DEVAM ED\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projenin 7 etap \u015feklinde devam etti\u011fini de hat\u0131rlatan Taban, \u201cBuras\u0131 i\u015fin birinci etab\u0131. Biliyorsunuz bu proje 7 etapl\u0131. Birinci etab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda da zaten ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc etap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f durumda. \u0130n\u015fallah devam\u0131nda s\u0131ra d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc etaba gelmi\u015f oluyor. Alanyurt b\u00f6lgemizde de kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f olduk. Orada da vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimizi devam ettiriyoruz. Turgutalp Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm uygulamam\u0131z da \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrecine devam ediyor. Burada in\u015fallah \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l nas\u0131l bir ya\u015fam oldu\u011funu birlikte g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Buralarda \u00e7ay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, kahvemizi yudumluyor olaca\u011f\u0131z, meydanlar\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z, gen\u00e7lerimiz, ailelerimiz dola\u015facak.
