Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi\u2019nin Fad\u0131ll\u0131, Ak\u00e7alar, G\u00f6lyaz\u0131, Ayvak\u00f6y, Un\u00e7ukuru, Koruba\u015f\u0131 ve Maksemp\u0131nar mahallelerini kapsayan \u201cFad\u0131ll\u0131 Destinasyon Projesi\u201dne \u00fcniversite deste\u011fi geldi. B\u00f6lgenin do\u011fal, tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerini koruyarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir turizm rotas\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi (BU\u00dc) Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencileri de fikir ve projeleriyle dahil olacak.<\/p>\n
BU\u00dc Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi 5\u2019inci yar\u0131y\u0131l proje dersi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma do\u011frultusunda, akademisyenler ve \u00f6\u011frenciler b\u00f6lgede teknik inceleme gezisi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda Uluabat G\u00f6l\u00fc \u00e7evresindeki mahallelerin birbirine entegre edilmesi hedefleniyor. Bu do\u011frultuda G\u00f6lyaz\u0131, Fad\u0131ll\u0131 ve Ak\u00e7alar hatt\u0131nda g\u00f6l i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla iskeleler kurulmas\u0131 ve su sporlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Fad\u0131ll\u0131 Sosyal Tesis ve Rekreasyon Alan\u0131\u2019nda kamp-karavan park\u0131, \u00e7ad\u0131r alanlar\u0131, y\u00fczer iskele, ku\u015f g\u00f6zlem kulesi, piknik alan\u0131 ve permak\u00fclt\u00fcr bah\u00e7esi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken; yama\u00e7 para\u015f\u00fct\u00fc alan\u0131nda da \u00e7ad\u0131rl\u0131 kamp b\u00f6lgesinin kurulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. K\u0131y\u0131daki an\u0131t \u00e7\u0131nar a\u011fac\u0131na uzanan meyve ke\u015fif rotas\u0131, Ayvak\u00f6y yolu \u00fczerinde g\u00f6l\u00fc g\u00f6ren noktada seyir teras\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Ayvaini Ma\u011faras\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 da planlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

K\u0131rsal kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 desteklemek amac\u0131yla Un\u00e7ukuru, Koruba\u015f\u0131 ve Maksemp\u0131nar mahallelerinde konaklama alanlar\u0131 planlan\u0131rken; t\u00fcm bu noktalar\u0131n Mysia Yollar\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve bisiklet rotalar\u0131na ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
