Bu kapsamda B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin katk\u0131s\u0131yla haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 devam eden \u201c2027-2031 D\u00f6nemi \u0130l Afet Risk Azaltma Plan\u0131\u201d (\u0130RAP) i\u00e7in Kocaeli Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay d\u00fczenlendi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda, Kocaeli\u2019nin afet riskleri ve bu risklere kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nabilecek \u00f6nlemler ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kocaeli\u2019nin afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale getirilmesi amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan \u201c2027-2031 D\u00f6nemi \u0130l Afet Risk Azaltma Plan\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay d\u00fczenlendi. Kocaeli Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya 110 kurum ve kurulu\u015f, 52 akademisyen ile kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan toplam 270 ki\u015fi katk\u0131 sundu. Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Afet \u0130\u015fleri ve Risk Y\u00f6netimi Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da organizasyona destek vererek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131nda aktif g\u00f6rev ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda 10 ayr\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma masas\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu. Masalarda deprem, ta\u015fk\u0131n-sel-su bask\u0131n\u0131, end\u00fcstriyel kazalar, k\u00fctle hareketleri, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131, deniz kazalar\u0131, \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, tehlikeli madde ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m kazalar\u0131 ve yerle\u015fim yeri yang\u0131nlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin riskler de\u011ferlendirildi. Alan\u0131nda uzman akademisyenler ile kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri, belirlenen afet tehlikelerine y\u00f6nelik uygulanabilir eylemler \u00fczerinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulundu.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye Afet Risk Azaltma Plan\u0131 (TARAP) kapsam\u0131nda belirlenen ama\u00e7 ve hedefler incelendi. Kocaeli\u2019nin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda geli\u015ftirilen eylemlerin TARAP ama\u00e7 ve hedefleriyle e\u015fle\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n
