Yap\u0131lan son incelemelere g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm Marmara B\u00f6lgesi, Balkanlar \u00fczerinden gelen yeni bir serin ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 hava dalgas\u0131n\u0131n etkisi alt\u0131na giriyor.
