Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi’nin destekledi\u011fi kooperatiflerde denetmen ve koordinat\u00f6r g\u00f6revinde bulunan G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi Meltem Uz, Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Kad\u0131n Dan\u0131\u015fma Merkezi Sorumlusu Sosyolog Havane \u00dcz\u00fclen’in de kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkinlikte kad\u0131nlara \u00f6nemli bilgiler verdi. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Alanya Kad\u0131n Dan\u0131\u015fma Merkezi’nde d\u00fczenlenen etkinlikte mutfaklardaki k\u0131\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda sunum yap\u0131ld\u0131. G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi Meltem Uz sal\u00e7a, tarhana, tur\u015fu, re\u00e7el ve sos gibi evde haz\u0131rlanan yiyeceklerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde, haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler hakk\u0131nda nelere dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini anlatt\u0131. Hijyen, yap\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki teknikler ve saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 da anlatan Uz, bu t\u00fcr \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin yap\u0131m\u0131nda dikkat edilmeyen konular\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilece\u011fini ifade etti. Etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorular\u0131n\u0131 da yan\u0131tlayan Uz, “Evlerimizde yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u0131da m\u00fchendisi bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, g\u0131da g\u00fcvenirlili\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmek,\u00a0 kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu konularda do\u011fru bilgilendirmek amac\u0131yla bu etkinli\u011fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik” dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
